“Ubos sa Executive Order No. 28 “An Order Imposing New Provisions of Safety Measures, Protocols, and Restrictions Relative to Covid-19, to All Inbound and Outbound Cargo Truck/Vehicles Transporting Food Packs, Goods and Other Essentials Within the Municipality and Guidelines for Essential Workers of Santa Fe, akong gimando ang pagsira sa tanang entry ug exit points nga gilangkoban sa Balidbid, Mojon, Marikaban/Oboob,” Santa Fe Mayor Ithamar Espinosa said in a Facebook post.
The order is effective immediately, as based on the recommendation of Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Santa Fe.
The APORs will be given new passes by the LGU with different form and color.
The LGU will implement strict border control and all inbound cargo that will pass through the Santa Fe port should present Cargo Vehicle Pass from the LGU where it came from.
Local consignee of those truck haulers who are not from Santa Fe will have to escort the haulers to ensure that the truck will only have to transport its deliveries and there is no need for the driver and helper to disembark from the vehicle.
It is also the responsibility of the local consignee and businessmen in Santa Fe to provide their workers a bunk house ensuring they would not go outside their accommodation and go to their respective family.
The order does not apply on cargo trucks owned and operated by the local government units.
Santa Fe is under Cebu Province, which is under Modified General Community Quarantine. GAN (FREEMAN)
