Meanwhile, Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI) Chief Executive Officer Frank Carbon said the celebration of the MassKara Festival in Bacolod City has helped the business community a lot as they are reporting good earnings.
Carbon said the state of the businesses in the city had vastly improved since July of this year, especially during this month’s MassKara Festival.
He said the city is recording a lot of tourist arrivals coming from Panay island, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, and from Mindanao, Luzon and other parts of the country and abroad as well.
