The tropical depression’s center was last spotted around 285kms East of Casiguran, Aurora, packing winds of 45kph and gusts reaching 55kph.
Pagasa said the weather disturbance is moving west southwestward at a slow speed as it may bring strong winds of up to 200kph from the center of the storm.

As of Pagasa’s Tuesday forecast, the tropical depression is seen to move towards Central Luzon and is expected to make landfall in Aurora or Northern Quezon province by Wednesday afternoon or evening as it continues its movement towards central Luzon.
However, the state weather bureau cautioned that the direction of the storm may still change and has advised to stay tuned for updates.
