Spokesperson Dr. Michelle Schlosser said during a radio interview that the Saturday vaccination rollout at People’s Park Davao, which was originally scheduled to last only for the month of August, will be continued.
At the same time, the vaccination cluster and the city health cluster are also proposing to include Sunday in the schedule. She said they are waiting for the Task Force, headed by Davao City Mayor Sebastian Duterte, to approve the said proposal.
“Naa pa option ang tao on a weekend, dili lang Saturday. Hopefully, naa pud Sunday and upcoming vaccination activities pa (This would give option for the people on weekends, not just on Saturday. Hopefully we can also have a Sunday schedule as well as other upcoming vaccination activities),” Schlosser said.
Other than the scheduled vaccination rollout at the District Health Offices and at People’s Park Davao, Schlosser also said the vaccination cluster is proposing to conduct more mass vaccination activities.
