THE City Government of Cagayan de Oro has finally received the Special Risk Allowance for the staff of JR Borja General Hospital and City Health Office.
Mayor Oscar Moreno said the Special Risk Allowance, which comes in two tranches and covers December 30 to 31, 2020 and January 1 to June 30, 2021, amounted to P9,504,036.
Moreno said they received the fund on Wednesday, August 18.
The first tranche was worth P2,931,024 and the second tranche was worth P6,573,012.
“Salamat kaayo sa Department of Health Region 10, na download na sa city ang kantidad. Hopefully, by now, they have been given already to the recipients,” Moreno said.
Qualified beneficiaries of the Special Risk Allowance are the public health workers such as medical, allied medical and other staff assigned to public hospitals and healthcare facilities.
