The Department of Health’s (DOH) official coronavirus tracker places the total number of confirmed cases in Pampanga since the start of the pandemic to some 88,209 cases with 85,730 recoveries.
Coronavirus-related deaths in Pampanga have not increased from the 1,854 recorded cases since last week, according to the DOH.
Pampanga has reported some 49 coronavirus cases in the last 14 days, while Angeles City reported another 49 cases for the same period.
No virus-related deaths were recorded in the last 14 days.
Majority of the 45 health facilities in the province are now experiencing a decrease in the number of bed occupancies.
The rate of occupancy in the region was at 1.4 percent, the lowest yet since the omicron variant surge. This meant that 722 of the total 732 hospital beds in Pampanga devoted for coronavirus cases are currently available.
Some 41 health facilities in Pampanga are currently in the safe level with the ongoing decrease of cases.
