THE Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) and the organizers agreed that the Ceboom grand rally of Vice President and presidential candidate Leni Robredo and her running mate Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan drew at least 120,000 people based on their last assessment as of 9 p.m.
“The actual estimate was based on the aerial view which we also agreed based on our computation,” Lieutenant Colonel Franco Rodulf Oriol, deputy director for operations of MCPO, said.

“Katapusang estimate alas 9 sa gabii unya gi agree pud na kagabii sa mga organizers ug sa Office of the Vice President kanang 120,000 (Our last estimate was at 9 p.m. and we agreed with the organizers and the office of the Vice President about the 120,000 (crowd estimate),” Oriol said.
Oriol described the Ceboom grand rally as orderly and peaceful.
He said there was no crime incident recorded during the Leni-Kiko Ceboom rally held on Thursday evening, April 21, 2022, at the North Reclamation Area in Mandaue City.
The MCPO recorded only one traffic incident near the venue of the rally.
Oriol, however, said there where 98 individuals attended to by the personnel of the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, of whom 95 passed out and three were brought to the hospital due to high blood pressure. (BBT/TPT)
