ONLY two barangays in Cebu City had recorded double-digit active Covid-19 cases in the past 10 days, according to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
Tinago had 18 active cases while Camputhaw had 12 for the period of March 5-14, the EOC reported on Tuesday, March 15.

The EOC also reported 15 recoveries and zero fatality on Monday.
Cebu City also logged a positivity rate of 3.68 percent on Monday. The city’s positivity rate has been within the five percent threshold of the World Health Organization for more than two weeks already.
Monday’s positivity rate came from 11 of 299 individuals tested whose results came out positive for Covid-19.
Cebu City saw its record-high 56.62 percent positivity rate last January 21.
The positivity rate is the percentage of all coronavirus tests performed that come out positive; the World Health Organization has said a positivity rate of under five percent for two weeks is one of the indicators that Covid-19 infections are under control. (KAL)
