The top 11 barangays in Cagayan de Oro City now have less than five active Covid-19 cases left.
Based on the data presented by the City Health Office, as of April 3, 2022, Barangay Carmen had four active cases, followed by Barangays Lumbia and Bayabas with two active cases each.
Barangays Bugo, Bonbon, Iponan, Bulua, Mambuaya, Puntod, Cugman, and Barangay 20 have one active case each.
The cumulative number of active cases in Cagayan de Oro has dropped to 16, of which eight were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, seven were outpatients, and one returning overseas Filipino/locally stranded individual (ROF/LSI).
Majority or 88 percent of Covid-19 mortalities recorded in Cagayan de Oro City were unvaccinated individuals.
As of April 3, the city had a total of 935 Covid-19 deaths, of which 821 were unvaccinated individuals while 114 were vaccinated individuals.
