The top 18 barangays in Cagayan de Oro City now have less than 10 active Covid-19 cases left.
Based on the data presented by the City Health Office, as of March 25, 2022, Barangays Carmen have seven active cases, followed by Barangays Kauswagan and Lumbia with two active cases each.
Barangays 15, Cugman, Mambuaya, 22, Baikingon, Bayabas, Iponan, Bugo, Lapasan, Camaman-an, Macasandig, Canitoan, Puntod, Agusan, and Consolacion have one active case each.
The cumulative number of active cases in Cagayan de Oro has dropped to 26, of which 13 were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, and 13 were outpatients.
Meanwhile, the majority or 88 percent of Covid-19 mortalities recorded in Cagayan de Oro City were unvaccinated individuals.
As of March 25, the city had a total of 935 Covid-19 deaths, of which 821 were unvaccinated individuals while 114 were vaccinated individuals.
