Diaz said that each government unit joining the event will receive P100,000 in financial assistance which they will use for their daily expenses.
He said that the aid will be given once the LGUs and Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson have signed the Memorandum of Agreement.
“Every day, each district, they have their semi-festival where localities will showcase their native delicacies,” Diaz also said, adding that almost all LGUs are already preparing their booths for the event.
So far, only the town of La Castallena has already submitted its project proposal for the event which is set from October 10 to 16.
“We encourage other LGU to join the event and also submit their project proposals,” Diaz said.
