GUIMARAS – Now, returning island residents as well as other residents of Western Visayas entering Guimaras are not anymore required to present coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination card upon entry.
However, filling out the Health Declaration Form and the observance of minimum health standards must be strictly observed, said Vice Gov. John Edward Gando.
Gov. Samuel Gumarin issued Executive Order No. 28 on May 16. The Inbound Pass and Outbound Resident Pass is likewise suspended.
Individuals with symptoms referable to COVID-19, considered suspect / probable / confirmed case of COVID-19 shall not be allowed entry into the province.
Unvaccinated non-residents from outside Region 6 are prohibited to enter the province of Guimaras unless he/she could present a negative reverse transcription – polymerase chain reaction test result.
