BACOLOD City – About two million Negrenses are expected to vote in the May 2022 elections, according to the Commission on Elections in Negros Occidental.
Atty. Ian Lee Ananoria, provincial election supervisor, said the last hearing of the Election Registration Board wrapped up on Nov. 10.
A “final verification” would be conducted next week.
According to Ananoria, voters should check their names in the master list once released.
“Comelec will also make adjustments because of the pandemic by limiting the number of voters in a classroom,” Ananoria said.
