DHVSU President Enrique Baking said strict compliance on anti-Covid-19 measures is required among students, teachers, and visitors while inside the university premises.
“Meron kaming Health and Safety Protocols Office that is monitoring the implementation of the protocols as allowed by the Inter-Agency Task Force guidelines, the Commission on Higher Education and the local government units,” he said.
He added that medical teams are deployed in the main campus in Bacolor and six satellite campuses in the province.
“Nagdagdag nga kami ng nurses and other medical personnel, and heightened the delivery of information and reminders,” he said.
Baking said the university is still implementing online classes but may shift to limited face-to-face classes by next week.
Under limited face-to-face classes, Baking explained that only half of the population will come to school at a time to ensure safe distancing.
The other half will be joining classes through online platforms, he added.
