Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – A 21-year-old rape suspect listed in the Region’s Top 3 Most Wanted Persons has been arrested on Monday morning, October 3 in Barangay Nabbabalayan, Peñablanca, Cagayan.
Authorities have identified the suspect as alyas ‘Peping,’ a local farmer and a resident of the same Barangay.
Based on the police report, Peping’s arrest was a success due to the joint efforts of the Peñablanca Police Station, CPI, PDEU, and the Regional Intelligence Unit 2.
However, details on the suspect’s alleged rape crime are semi-confidential and will be posted once cleared by authorities.
Alyas Peping is currently under the custody of the Peñablanca Police Station and is now being processed for proper disposition. TNF
