CITY OF SAN FERNANDO The province of Pampanga has recorded 512 active Covid 19 cases.
This after some 35 new cases were recorded as of October 4.
The Department of Health’s (DOH) disclosed that the total number of confirmed cases in Pampanga since the start of the pandemic reached 95,121 with 92, 657 recoveries.
Corona virus-related deaths in Pampanga have reached 1, 952, according to the DOH.
Pampanga has reported some 397 coronavirus cases in the last 14 days.
Angeles City, for its part, reported some 123 cases for the same period.
Some 25 people died of the virus in August 25 alone.
Majority of the 45 health facilities in the province are now experiencing an increase in the number of bed occupancies.
The rate of hospital bed occupancy in the region is currently at 11.3 percent.
This means that only 631 of the total 711 hospital beds in Pampanga are currently available.
One health facility is currently at a high-risk level.
The province currently has 34 health facilities in the low risk category.
