TRAVELING to Bohol is now easier despite the ongoing coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
Bohol Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado issued an executive order on September 21, 2022 lifting the presentation of Covid-19 vaccination card as an entry requirement for asymptomatic travelers.
Executive Order 32 states that the Covid-19 vaccination card or certificate of vaccination will no longer be required for asymptomatic individuals as an entry requirement in the province.
But inbound travelers exhibiting symptoms will be required to present their vaccination card.
Those exhibiting symptoms who could not present a vaccination card will be advised to seek medical intervention and required to disclose his or her personal details and point of destination for possible contact tracing.
Aumentado also said that as the province relaxes its entry protocol, the mass vaccination program must be intensified. (CLC)
