Over 36,000 minors fully vaccinated in Oro

A TOTAL of 97,396 doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered to children aged 12 to 17 in Cagayan de Oro, the City Health Office reported Tuesday, December 28, 2021.

According to City Health Office medical officer Dr. Ted Yu, 36,755 persons were fully vaccinated and 60,941 were given their first doses.

As of December 27, 972,646 doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered in Cagayan de Oro. Of the figure, 545,047 were for first doses of the vaccines, and 418,148 were used as second doses. A total of 9,451 individuals received their booster shots.

Among the 972,646 administered doses, 66,881 were for frontline healthcare workers; 85,495 were for senior citizens; 142,997 were for persons with comorbidities; 376,650 were essential frontline workers; 47,385 were from the A5 priority group; 155,842 were from the ROAP priority group; and 97,396 were from Pedia A3 and ROPP priority groups.
