The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), led by General Manager Melquiades Robles, provided financial assistance to two partner institutions on May 2, 2025, as part of its Institutional Partnership Program (IPP).
Hope Worldwide Philippines, Inc., represented by Anna Liza Barbarona, received 800,000, expressing deep gratitude for the support, “Thank you, PCSO, especially GM Robles, for this assistance. It is a huge help to our institution, particularly in advancing our advocacy of aiding the less fortunate in our communities.”
Meanwhile, Onesimo Foundation, Inc., led by Executive Director Rosa Pecio, was granted 1,100,000 to support three centers caring for vulnerable children. “This amount will help sustain our different branches in providing for our clients. It will augment our funds for food, medicine, and daily necessities. Thank you very much to this IPP Program of PCSO,” she said.
General Manager Robles emphasized PCSO’s commitment to supporting institutions that serve marginalized communities, “PCSO believes in empowering organizations that actively contribute to social welfare. Sa pamamagitan po ng IPP nakakatulong po tayo sa mga organizations at institutions na dagdagan ang kanilang pondo para sa pangangalaga ng mga less fortunate and underprivileged children under their care and custody.”
Through the Institutional Partnership Program, PCSO continues its mission to assist private and government organizations dedicated to serving underprivileged individuals. This initiative strengthens its commitment to social welfare, ensuring continued support for communities in need.
