“Nag deploy kami ng mga pulis to provide security. Everything is going smoothly. We are monitoring sa situation at very peaceful ang opening of classes,” said Lupaz over Davao City Disaster Radio (DCDR) on Monday.
He also said schools are welcome to request additional security assistance from the DCPO.
“Kung ano pa ang kailangan ng mga schools, DCPO is willing to help them,” he said.
